Where are your packages?

This is probably the number one question I'm asked.  Where are your 5hr, 6hr, 8hr packages?  I want to explain the reason I do not have packages.  

 

If you have seen my wedding films, you can see that my films are a highlight reel of the entire day. The details at your venue or home place, the bride and the mom sharing moments getting ready, the dad straightening up his sons tie before he walks that aisle, the napkins, the wedding decor, the signs, the old photos,  the flowers, the father walking his daughter down the aisle, the words, the kiss, the emotions, the dances, the tears, the tosses, the exit with friends and family.  I want it all and can only imagine that you will too!  

 

All that helps make up this cinematic wedding film.  I am not there just documenting the event from the side.  I am there side by side with the photographer creating magic moments through the lens.  And just like the photographers, we will be staging beautiful scenes of you and your other half along with special moments with your friends and family.

The reason I do not offer packages is because, to capture everything that I have mentioned above, I need to be there the whole day.  I can't capture 6 hrs of the most special day of your life possibly and properly create you a cinematic wedding film.  

 

If I am filming a documentary, and miss half the story, and only half the information goes into the film, it doesn't make any sense.  Creatively, that is how I feel about the wedding day.  I am respectively aware of the expense for this service.   But it's not costing you anything extra for me to be there the whole day.  Actually I feel it's necessary for me to be there the whole day to properly capture all of your special moments that I need to go into your film.

The Ultimate Wedding Investment    

The Ultimate Wedding Investment consist of the following.  You will receive a cinematic wedding film of your entire wedding day.  We will capture the details at the location, dress, rings, invitations, bride prep,  bride and mom, bride and bridesmaids, first looks, bride getting in dress, groom getting dressed, groom and the groomsmen, groom and his father/best man, ceremony, introductions, reception, first dances, cake cutting, harder & bouquet toss, and grand exit.

What does your Ultimate Wedding Investment include?

Full Ceremony   

This will be the Entire Ceremony from start to finish from at least one of our camera angles.

The Wedding Highlight Story 

This is a  5-7 minute cinematic wedding film of your entire wedding day.  Our creative team will take the footage and condense all of those special moments into a cinematic wedding film that you and your family will be able to watch and relive forever.  Turn-around time is minimum 120 Days.

Travel and Expenses 

Anything over 100 miles away will be charged the hourly rate of $90 per hr driving.  If you have a destination wedding  you would like us to film, please contact us at info@raydenvideoproductions.com to get a personal quote.

Payment

There is a 50% deposit that is required at the time of booking that will count towards your final balance and is non-refundable.  The remaining balance is due the day of the wedding before any post production begins.

You are welcome to pay in full or pay more than a 50% deposit when you book, but if cancelled with-in the week of the wedding, we are entitled to keep the full deposit made.  You can make payments on your balance until the day of the wedding if you would like, as long as the remaining balance is paid in full by or on day of the wedding.We accept cash, check, CashApp or Venmo.  Average Turn around time is 120 Days.
